care & use

Wash with hot soapy water before use.


Cleaning: After each use, thoroughly wash pan in hot, soapy water to avoid stains caused by a build-up of food or grease residue. Dishwashers will discolor pans after repeated washings. If there is a build-up of food particles that cannot be removed by soaking, use a scouring pad recommended for non-stick surfaces. Never use harsh abrasives or steel wool. Nylon, wood or plastic utensils are recommended to preserve the pans luster.  


Lids are NOT intended as a baking surface.
